<p>Well if you haven&#8217;t make sure to set aside some time to do it. This is the same thing that prompted me to finally take a look on my resume again and check if it needs some updating. True enough, I have found out that the last time I updated mine was about more than a year ago. <img src='http://callcentergal.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>So whether or not you want to move on to another career and company or just want to have an updated reference of your professional milestones, go ahead and update your call center resume. I bet you&#8217;ll be thankful soon that you did. <img src='http://callcentergal.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>I&#8217;m currently into <strong>Manny Pacquiao vs. Joshua Clottey Fight</strong>. I am not into boxing, I&#8217;m not also an expert nor an afficionado. I just find it supportive enough that I watch this much anticipated fight of Manny Pacquaio, the earliest of the year, though.</p>
<p>True enough, some of my former call center colleagues are now glued at their favorite restaurants in Eastwood, as they paid more than a thousand pesos for the buffet meal and the pay per view coverage of the <strong>Pacquiao vs Clottey fight</strong>.</p>
<p>I could just imagine how they forked that much just for an event like this, but of course this is nothing knowing the value of giving support to our fellow Filipino at this time of his fight.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Will you phone in a call center if you want to have some <a href="http://www.wholesaleinsurance.net">term life insurance quote comparison</a>? Yes, in a way. Don&#8217;t you know that even insurance -related accounts also took call center industry by storm?</p>
<p>Just last year, I had some call center colleagues who decided to jump ship and tried their luck in a new call center that catered to insurance accounts. Well, I believe that is a bold yet timely move for them because they had the relevant experience and the right attitude (worked for years in general customer service) before finally settling on their &#8216;niche&#8217;. The next thing I knew, three of them were already supervisors and two became client specific trainers. Things turned out well for them, I must say.</p>
<p>How about you? If you believe that you can do something better outside your current job, will you be brave enough to take the chance? Why or why not?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>For those who have not been to some call center sites, they would be surprised how these offices use only <a href="http://www.boconcept.us">modern furniture</a> and interiors. The usual look and feel of using neutral colors are just so &#8216;old&#8217; for these designers who would use the combination of loud colors on the walls.</p>
<p>Personally, I want their way of doing the design, using modern furniture, laying cheerful, sometimes retro colors. This makes us feel more energized and excited to do the work. Something that most of the call centers are trying to do nowadays, well aside from other facilities like gym, sleeping quarters and spacious clinic area.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Whenever I introduce myself as part of the Call Center Industry, a lot of people would ask me if there&#8217;s life working in this industry. I believe that a lot of people from other industries are somewhat clueless on what we can do in terms of the accounts that we support.</p>
<p>Call centers also cater to fun accounts like <a href="http://www.buy.com/dept/Toys_Action_Figures_Dolls_Learning_Games/20269.html">toys</a> and gadgets for technical support, aside from the usual customer service accounts that they have in mind. These customers who will ask for your help everyday in making their toys and gadgets work for them really bring so much interest for call center agents isn&#8217;t it?</p>

<p>This is true. There are times when you are so comfortable in doing this kind of training but what about if you are given another Because you&#8217;ll never know which account will be your next focus, what if it is about <a href="http://www.reidsupply.com/Results.aspx?pid=10021793">industrial hand wheels</a> for your next client? </p>
<p>How will you go about learning and making a training module out of it? Will you just rely on what the client gives you as for the material or are you going to come up with your own research before coming up with a training program for this one?</p>
<p>This situation will truly bring the best of a call center trainer isn&#8217;t it?</p>
