Tracie October 22, 2009 at 1:45 pm: I’m a senior student in Assumption College and I am facilitating a course called “Call Center Employee for a Day” which is part of KaKaibang Klase/Career Day/Alternative Class Day. It is an event spearheaded by the Assumption College (Makati) High School Student Council and is set to be held on November 21, Saturday.

I am currently looking for a possible speaker who is a call center professional and a call center (or a training center) where an estimate of 15 students can experience hands-on how it is like to be a call center employee on the mentioned date. I was wondering if you would know of any call center that could accommodate us. Thanks so much and I’ll be looking forward to your reply!

How’s this event going in terms of preparations? As for me, I am currently in my last leg of preparation for my wedding on Dec. 5 so I may not be able to extend my assistance. I hope someone from our industry can grace this event.
