Calling All Experience Call Center Agents– TELCO- CSR
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
- Candidate must have completed 2 years in college, or with callcenter experience
- With atleast 3 to 6 months in a TELCO ACCOUNT.
- For TSR with atleast 3 to 6 months experience in a TECHNICAL ACCOUNT.
- Required skill(s): technical support, customer service, Customer Care.
- Required language(s): English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and graveyard shifts
- Full-Time positions available.

CALL CENTER AGENTS – Inbound Sales Support (18K/mo + Commission) VXi Global QC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Answer incoming calls promptly, in accordance with established call-handling procedures.
* Provide concise quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
* Perform related work as required and work on special projects as requested.
* Interact with fellow team members to enhance team performance.
* Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to communicate in verbal and written English.
* Sales-oriented.
* Must have at least 6 months Call Center work experience; preferably in a sales program.
* Experience in Outbound / Inbound Sales is an advantage but not required.
* Computer literate
* Candidates must have at least 2 years of college education / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate / Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Fast learner and Goal-oriented.
* Must be willing to work in Muñoz Quezon City.
* Willing to do Graveyard shift.
* Candidates must be available to start for work right away.
* 200 Full-Time positions available.
