There are only a few weeks left before we finally celebrate Christmas and New Year. And this means more money flowing in call centers. Well, with a huge 13th month pay and the rest of the holiday pay for those who will work during these critical times will definitely make these call center agents sing Christmas carols daily.
As for those who want to get their feet wet in this industry, then there’s still time to do so. Most of the call centers at present are still hiring additional call center agents so make sure to spend some time to practice conversational english. If you need a practice buddy, then get someone to help you prepare for a call center job interview.
Just remember that you need to report for work during holidays, and may need to work additional hours (with pay) in some special cases. Also shifting schedule is something that you are also prepared to do, as your shift depends on what the specific account requires.
