Was the call center agent kind and courteous? Were he able to answer your questions about those products? Of course, as the customer you have the right to ask a lot of questions so you can easily make a decision in getting those products, in case you or your loved ones need it.
Or if you are the telemarketer, make sure that you will be patient enough to explain everything that the customer needs to know about your weight loss products. That way, you will get more chances of closing a sale and elevate your sales targets.
