Document Management in BPO Offices

If you have been into a government office recently you would notice that they are still dependent in using paper for all their transactions. Same thing with call centers. A lot of call center offices still needs a document management system to organize a lot of paperwork and to definitely secure these important documents like licenses, permits, employee profile, memo, trackers and more. It is a big waste of time to go and check all these documents if those were left unorganized right? I guess we need to really embrace semi paperless environment soon. What do you think?

I think for most call centers are into the paperless workstyle with the exception of the HRD.

But in CVG, most of their processes are online already… ;-)
