Most of the call centers do, because they included it in the benefit package of their employees since day one. In some other companies, you have to still be an active employee after certain number of months before getting that benefit.

Just make sure that before you do, you already have a clear idea on what you are looking for, whether health insurance, basic health care insurance options or life insurance coverage. I don’t think I have ever gotten a quote online, but it is a great tool for comparing policies.
