Some call centers are in a hurry now to beat the summer heat in a lot of ways. If they really have that much budget and dedicated schedule for summer outing the better.
But since the date hits mid May here in the Philippines, other call centers are keeping up with the fun and enjoying the summer fever indoors in other ways.
Some may throw indoor themed parties, others organize playstation and or ps3 tournaments, videoke contests and the like. This is to ensure a more active participation from call center agents as not everyone can attend an outdoor celebration due to shifting schedule.
