When I started blogging about call center life, I know that I am going to challenge expressing myself through my blog posts. My thoughts and opinions are all mine, those are all reflections of who I am and how I think about things related in working for a call center.
Respect someone's work.
So I am hurt when someone copies my work without giving me proper credit. I am hurt because I have been very keen in respecting other people’s articles, pictures and posts online that I always mention them as a source or give a link back to them as a sign of courtesy.
I just made a random check recently and I have found out that there are some ruthless bloggers who do copy my blog posts and present it like they’re the ones who wrote it. It is really disappointing that I decided to put this to stop.
Now, I will give these copycats a week to put these posts down on their blogs, or give me proper credit if they decide to keep my posts. After a week of not tweaking those in accordance to proper blogging ethics, I won’t have any choice but to escalate these cases accordingly.

That’s awful. I hope you get your right and be somehow credited for your work. Hope such people got their conscience and put down their copied posts of yours.
