Whenever I introduce myself as part of the Call Center Industry, a lot of people would ask me if there’s life working in this industry. I believe that a lot of people from other industries are somewhat clueless on what we can do in terms of the accounts that we support.
Call centers also cater to fun accounts like toys and gadgets for technical support, aside from the usual customer service accounts that they have in mind. These customers who will ask for your help everyday in making their toys and gadgets work for them really bring so much interest for call center agents isn’t it?
