This is true. There are times when you are so comfortable in doing this kind of training but what about if you are given another Because you’ll never know which account will be your next focus, what if it is about industrial hand wheels for your next client?
How will you go about learning and making a training module out of it? Will you just rely on what the client gives you as for the material or are you going to come up with your own research before coming up with a training program for this one?
This situation will truly bring the best of a call center trainer isn’t it?
