With all the talk about health these days, some of my previous colleagues can’t help but to introduce a lot of ways to improve their health and lifestyle.
Some researched about bsn cell mass, some cut on their sugar intake (means no rice and white bread for weeks now). Some did enroll in dance, yoga and pilates classes to exercise and become leaner.
As for me, I just need to have a check up first and consult options to trim down, especially because of uric acid, I believe that not all ways of exercising will be that appropriate for me to try.

when i asked my ob about it she referred me to a nutritionist kaso uber tamad ko din mag balik balik sa nutritionist.
