I believe call centers should invest on their facilities to keep their employees healthy and fit. I know that a fitness equipment may be costly for some start up call centers, but this will definitely pose a good impression to other people.
For example, if there are applicants who will see these fitness equipments, they will think that you are promoting wellness in your company. They would likely think that you care about your employees which is good for a company that hasĀ a different work schedule (mostly graveyard).
Same thing with other visitors, say clients or business partners. They will remember that your call center company is concerned in keeping work-life balance by promoting healthy lifestyle.
