One of the noticeable things that call center offices are doing is polishing its overall look. That is meant, of course to show good ‘first’ impression to clients and applicants alike.
Some call center offices can be so modern looking that they only have glass tiles coupled with modern interiors, while there are some offices that poses as a relaxing area for your second home.
Which do you think looks more inviting if you would apply in the call center?

I have been in many contact centers. It seems to me that the happiest are those in which the employees are allowed to express themselves. That means pictures and plants and things in their areas that can be shared with co-workers. It’s important to establish a sense of community and teamwork. Often these cubicles can be sparse and off-putting. But put a few items from home around them and they become alive and reflect the employee’s personality.
