in more ways than one he is right about how clients think. Not just in america but customers in general. Call Center work is hard and requires a lot of patience.

I agree that cultural and language barrier will always pose a challenge, especially when working in a call center. That is why, hardwork and patience goes a long way, kumbaga tyaga lang talaga.
