in more ways than one he is right about how clients think. Not just in america but customers in general. Call Center work is hard and requires a lot of patience.

I agree that cultural and language barrier will always pose a challenge, especially when working in a call center. That is why, hardwork and patience goes a long way, kumbaga tyaga lang talaga. :)

I guess, for those people who are venturing in this kind of job, they will have to learn the cultural background of the account they are handling and be able to use that learning through their work.
