Almost every day is a job hiring season for most call centers. With so many seats to fill, they are on constant lookout for new hires. And should some applicants don’t have the experience and yet have the potential to be call center agents, they also offer free trainings to enhance their skills.
I’ve been on the road almost the whole day today and all I could see are streamers of call centers announcing job openings in their companies. I’ve been to Ortigas and Makati where many call centers are based and because of that, it is there where most of those streamers that I had seen.
Call centers seem to be going out on full force to get more applicants. Could it be because it’s the holidays? Usually, especially with seasonal accounts, they are in need of more agents because of the rush of calls during the Christmas season.
This is good news for most people who are currently looking for jobs. They can try the call center industry. Test the waters, as they often say, and if they like it then it could be the career they have been looking for all this time.
