This November 22 at the Word Trade Center, it will be a big chance for all call center agents to finally relax and have fun. After a day (or night) or taking in or making phone calls, while most are probably irate callers, a few hours of fun time among ourselves is already a well-deserved comfort.
The Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) is organizing the event dubbed After Shift – Call Center Agents Day. It will be a day filled with a fashion show, rock concert, a motor show and bazaars. Not only can they shop till they drop but they can look at fashionable cars, gals and rock to the music of live bands.
There’s even a rock band concert called Jammin 09 wherein call center employees who have a band of their own can participate and try to win the P100,000 grand prize.
I’m sure this will be an event my fellow call center workers will be looking forward to. I know I will.
