That’s my goal as a call center trainer. I want my trainees to improve their communication skills and whatever else they need to help them land a job as a call center agent. Imagine, I will train them for weeks and coach them on a one-on-one basis just to help them with their communication opportunities.
This is why I get ecstatic each time I get a ‘thank you’ text message or email from my trainees when they are hired or even when they were just given a job offer. I’m in heaven, so to speak!
It’s a plus thing for me because it shows that I was able to help them through the training program. But above all, I get complete satisfaction knowing that I helped a fellow human being get a job which in turn usually leads to his improving the status of his finances and of those who depend much on him.

I guess that’s one of the perks of being a trainer.
Something that money can’t buy.
I’ll bet there are few better feelings as a trainer when that happens then
Do you know of any training schools in Legazpi or Naga?
