Last week, I shared with you the message that I got from a call center newbie who is very much thankful for his initial experience in a certain call center training.
I can say that this person’s enthusiasm is for real. Here’s his recent message:
Have a nice day, this is Tom. Thank you once again. I’m still reviewing grammar, pronunciation and spiels for ______. I am planning on applying bilingual account, Spanish, soon.
I am so happy for the progress of this person in terms of skills and attitude. He is really determined to advance his career soon. Of course, I wish all the best for him. A person who is as determined and dedicated to improve as him will really get his share of career advancement soon.
