I have been a call center trainer for almost five years but I still am surprised to realize how I was able to touch other people’s lives through my job.
Just like the message in my mobile phone that I received this morning:
Nhil, Good Morning. This is Tom, I’m just done signing the job offer. Thank you very much. We wouldn’t have made it without you…
It is still humbling to know when you realize that you did something good for other people, especially if that changed their lives for the better.
