When I read over at ABS-CBN news online that Excel Asia will accommodate more call center trainees this year, I was convinced that call center business is continuously showing progress here in the Philippines.
Excel Asia is just one of the many companies who offer call center training to later endorse these guys to apply for a call center job. They cover Communication Skills Training that does not only enhance the participant’s skills but also prepares them for the strict demands of the workplace.
From 500 in 2005, they will now accept 1,500 call center trainees each month. That’s a huge growth in terms of numbers. Their partnership with TESDA inked scholarship grants for their incoming trainees.
This will be a great news for those who wanted to set foot in this industry but needed some training to begin with. I hope that their incoming trainees will take advantage of this free call center training to enhance their skills and become successful in the call center industry.
