Whenever I ask someone (who does not work in a call center) of his impressions about call center agents, I always get three things.
For one, some people mentioned that it is easy to spot a call center agent because of his looks. He usually looks tired and sleepy. In his face you will see either pimples, acne, eye bags and dark circles. Then another is that some thinks that call center agents care less about their look because they won’t be seen with their customers anyway.
But I beg to disagree. These call center agents also use skin care products that will help them look good. They also care much about their get up. In fact, they sometimes spend a lot just to attend to their regular skin treatments.

i actually thought call center agents look good for i have some friends in the industry and i know they look very good
