I approved some comments on my call center blog yesterday when I noticed a comment that came from supposed to be a call center admin.
I rarely get this comment and I was supposed to approve it until I noticed that the email address was not from a supposed to be company email address.
Most of the bloggers would agree that they love to receive comments from their readers but I would appreciate it more when you provide your name and other contact details.
This goes especially if you are representing a company (like a call center). Nothing to worry though because your contact details will not be shared to any third party as I am against spamming as well.
I will get in touch with the person who represented this call center using the email that I got here. I will wait for that person to reply with his/her name and other (company) contact details, only then will I approve of it and publish it here.
