Zenta Global Philippines Inc.: New BPO on the Block

by admin on April 24, 2009

Have you heard of Zenta Global Inc.? This is the new BPO on the block.

They started their operations June of last year. And according to this article, they will expand their operations here in the Philippines. That’s another score for the country as the local employment is challenged to provide opportunities for a huge number of Filipinos.

In a statement, Jack Freker, Zenta’s President and COO mentioned the reason for their movement here in the Philippines:

The challenges of the US economy are driving demand for high touch, economical customer interactions, and the Philippines provides the perfect blend of an abundant and high-quality labor force, a ‘business friendly’ political climate and cost effectiveness.

But before you seek employment in this BPO, you have to have an extensive knowledge on how mortgage work especially since they have a private label-mortgage outsourcing firm as their primary client.

Let’s just wait and see how Zenta Global Phils Inc. will further surprise our local BPO hopefuls. :)

great post and its interesting to note how there’re still call centers and BPO’s being set up at these economic times. I’d lost my job and was looking for something to do with large-scale public interaction and i found your blog which led me thinking about a career in call centers. I went on to find this website which lead me to whole new world of employers. Just thought i should share :)
