I know how Twitter can be so powerful these days, that it can even cause a call center to close.
I just read in the news that Twitter is letting Qwest Communications go. This means that three call centers will shut down as almost 361 jobs are gone.
It turns out the customer service page on Twitter is cutting down the need for talking to a live person about your communication problems. The other centers being shut down are in Omaha and suburban Denver.
Anyway, there’s still hope for some of their employees as they have the chance to be relocated somewhere. As for the rest, then I guess it is high time for them to switch careers or apply in other centers.
What’s important is there’s still an opportunity for them to move on and continue their career, with or without Twitter.

I didn’t know Twitter has a customer service. Do they need one? Just wondering.
Hey thanks for sharing this one, keep it coming and I might subscribe after a few days.
