It was just a few nights ago when I watched the latest TV commercial of Globe Broadband Tattoo. It immediately got my attention and I asked my fiancee to accompany me to the nearest Globe center last Saturday (yeah, hours after we had our breakfast in Banchetto).
So we went to Megamall cyberzone where we immediately get inside the Globe Business Center. Did the usual thing of course, we got a number, eagerly waited for our turn. After almost 35 mins, we were entertained by one of their frontliners.
Before we asked them further questions, I asked the officer to check if there’s a service in our ‘future’ area in St. Monique Valais in Binangonan, Rizal. So she went out and checked the info. We were sad to know that they can hardly detect any Globe prepaid broadband service in the area. Too bad for us, but my fiancee needs it so badly because he will move with his family in a house inside the same subdivision and he needs to attend to his online work.
So for now, we can only use Globe Broadband if, only if…we’re here within the Metro, whew!
Let’s see if we will have the same feedback on Smart bro prepaid.

I am surprised to be getting an HSDPA signal in my house here in Iloilo. It’s pretty fast at 1Mbps early in the morning but during peak hours (roughly 7-10pm) the speed can be like dial-up.

i just bought my tattoo globe colored black. and i was dis appointed with the result. when im connected i’d checked the status speed and its 32.4 mbps. but when im opening a page/website my gudness its very very slow. my dial up is even faster when its speed is only 33.6 kbps.. im so so confused

Do you know that Globe’s customer base and market share is already shrinking, because unsatisfied customers opt for other telcos’ service. There will come a time that Globe would close shop because of financial losses due to their bad customer service.
i just bought today the globe tattoo gusto kong umiyak sa bad connection hindi nila alam na kung gaano ko pinagpaguran ung pera makabili lang ako ng globe tattoo..minsan my connection minsan wala khit my signal na 3G huhuhu kainis nman oh…sana alam nila ginagawa nila shiittttt….
