One of the benefits of working in a call center is the possibility of travelling from one site to another to implement projects and various initiatives. That’s why if your job calls for it, you need to always prepare your stuff as much as possible. Always have your luggage ready with stuff that you will be need for the travel. Just like in one of my earlier posts here, I always have a different set of clothes ready in case I got stranded inside the office or if I will be asked to travel right away. And always remember to only pack the essential stuff, that’s why the term ‘pack light’ was coined right?
Even though people would think that you will have a grand time when you travel, because of free hotel stay, I would say it is still part of your job. The free travel and the rest of the accommodation is just part of the perks, if you would call it one. But at the end of the day you still have to prove that you did a great job and that you accomplished something productive at the end of your official business travel.
