Top Gift Certificates for High Performing Call Center Agents

One of the things that make the call center industry different from the others is how they motivate their employees to perform at their best. Especially if you’re in the Operations Department wherein attrition is a very big issue. Okay, were going to tackle call center attrition in another post but just to give you an idea, this (attrition) happens when a call center employee leaves the company for whatever reason.

So to prevent this from happening they have different spiffs up for high performing agents. One of these is through giving away gift certificates. Here are the some of the top GCs call centers usually give their agents:

Hahaha too true! I received some of those myself when I was still an agent… and I miss those times too!
