May point ka poh dun. Pero kasi dba may mga HS grad sila tinatanggap pero kung tutuusin mas may degree naman ung BSN kesa dun. So meaning mas alam pa ng isang HS grad ang essence of serving client online? Ang pinupunto kasi d2 kung di man pareho sila ng philosophy, bakit hinde nila ienlightened yun sa mga nurses, at kailangan pa nila sabihin sa ganung way.. na kesyo mas may future ka as a nurse kesa d2? e diba intimidated yung ganung approach? parang ayaw nya.. In a way, if that's the statement of the interviewer, he just want your friend to really think about applying in a call center. In the end kasi kapag hindi matched ang motivations ng applicant and employer, malamang na maging source pa ito ng attrition sa company. :) Just my two cents. Of course marami pang pwedeng maging reason for saying that statement. I hope I shed light on your question. :) By the way, I'm a gal. The interviewers just want to check the real motive of the applicant, if it fits with the company’s standards. In a way, if that’s the statement of the interviewer, he just want your friend to really think about applying in a call center. In the end kasi kapag hindi matched ang motivations ng applicant and employer, malamang na maging source pa ito ng attrition sa company. :)

"bakit yung mga nagiinterview sa callcenter. They are so intimidated with the nursing graduate?" this is what my friend told me.. and actually the experience of my katropa.. ang sabi ba naman daw.. "I think callcenter is not the right place for you.. because you have so much future as a nurse.." just a question..
