I am a very tolerant person, you know. Here is a good software that I used in the past to watch agents and a friend of mine also uses it. This will monitor the agents computer with out them knowing and send a report to the manager at the end of the telling him what the agent surfed. I’m going to say that it depends on his performance, if it’s good then how cares but if he is not doing well in time he will go if the company is watching the performance of all the staff.
