As long he/she doesn't affect your performance, time will tell, his/her work performance will be visible to the management.

Happy New Year! ^^

I'll leave the "humor" part in my basement, for sure.
I am a very tolerant person, you know. But when it comes to works that have to be done, I'd prefer do it in an all-out mode until the last minutes, rather getting myself mixed up between work-and-pleasure.

I'm going to say that it depends on his performance, if it's good then how cares but if he is not doing well in time he will go if the company is watching the performance of all the staff. Here is a good software that I used in the past to watch agents and a friend of mine also uses it. This will monitor the agents computer with out them knowing and send a report to the manager at the end of the telling him what the agent surfed.

Hhmmmm if he's an agent and he takes calls then he shouldn't be surfing at all.

Why not tell your boss or manager that you saw some agents surfing the web during office hours but don't drop any names. That way, during one of your team meetings, he can remind the whole team not to do it again. I took calls before too and I did exactly that.

Hope this helps. :)
