If you’ve been too busy these days because of the holiday season, imagine call center agents taking more calls than the usual.
For example, if one agent normally takes 60 calls per shift, now we can just imagine him taking more than 70 or 80 calls, beat that!
That’s non-stop talking for the entire shift!
But what’s good with call centers is that they still find time to have some activities around the floor or just near the site for everyone to feel the holiday spirit.
In my next few posts I’ll cover some activities that call centers did this holiday season. I’ll also post some tips on how to enjoy the (call center) company parties as well as the types of holiday celebration that cater to call center environment.
Happy Holidays!
