The recent Manny Pacquiao and Oscar dela Hoya fight, in which the Pacman once again emerged victorious, has brought a certain level of renewed excitement and life in Las Vegas.
The ongoing recession in the United States has greatly affected the economy in and around Las Vegas. Some hotels there downsized by letting go of a percentage of their employees. It was such a bleak time there until the recent boxing extravaganza re-ignited the city’s entertainment fire.
I believe there would be a surge in people going there to experience Vegas vacations. I’m quite sure there is more to Vegas than casinos and hotels. For one thing, there are shows as well as boxing matches to anticipate.
