They say that a call center employee’s work is very easy which I really beg to differ. It’s complete nonsense especially since it is hard to help customers with their concerns. Call center employees help people in so many ways.
Anyway, just for the fun of it, here’s a video of a call center in Australia that hires only parrots and other birds. It’s obviously a joke, though.
