My boyfriend just got hired with a multinational company and I was really happy for the benefits that they offered to him. He has a great HMO that he can already avail upon hiring. Just for that it’s already worth working there if you ask me. Even in call centers, not many offer their employees an HMO effective immediately on your first day at work.
They also give him a nice term life insurance. Not all companies offer such benefit.
Now, if only all employers could give really good benefits, there would probably be less turnovers of employees. But the reality is not all employers can do that.
