To Do: Call Center Workers’ Wishlist
I just received an email asking for my preferred gift for the holidays. It was on Excel file. There goes the name of the gift giving participants and a field where you can type the goodie that you want to receive.
That’s why I thought of doing this as part of my call center blog assignment. In the coming days I’ll be asking call center employees to share their ideas on this and I’ll keep you posted with their answers here in Call Center Gal.
