I’m making this post in a coffee shop with a WiFi connection. Why am I out this late at night? That’s because I have no Internet connection at home for almost 10 hours now.
I called the tech support of PLDT MyDSL, my Internet provider, and as always, they couldn’t tell me exactly why I have no connection.
They say that they are looking into it and had already forwarded my concern to a higher tech support or whatever that means to them.
I’m getting very disappointed with PLDT MyDSL for so many reasons. One of which is that I seldom get a really fast connection. There are times that I don’t even reach my subscribed speed. I’ve complained about this to them but their call center agents couldn’t give me a clear explanation.
If only there’s an alternative Internet provider in our area, I would gladly give it a try.

That’s why i had my PLDT DSL disconnected. their tech support is soooooooooo stupid. Palibhasa mga “wannabe”. They can’t answer simple questions.

sis, better switch to globe visibility. well, just a suggestion. i’ve been using a prepaid one but so far, it didn’t let me down because it doesn’t get down. or so my experience suggests.

ay kaya pala i have not heard from you…naku girl siguro sa ibang bansa meron internet connection na maayos wala pa yata dito yun. smart has been okay for some time pero minsan pumapalya din kakainis kapag ganun…
