I have been to the housing fair currently being held at the Megatrade Hall in Megamall. That’s because I am seriously considering of getting my own house. You should have seen me there, going around the stalls inquiring about the houses, the loan rates, interest, amortization rates, etc. I even grabbed every flier and brochure that was handed to me.
I eventually got interested with this townhouse that is located near Ortigas. Actually, interest is such a weak description. I fell in love with it! It’s almost completely finished especially with the paint job. It has two floors with two bedrooms, perfect for starting a family.
Should I be able to get it, I will remodel it using my creative prowess.
I’ll give a certain theme to every part of the house. The two bedrooms will have a specific theme, although I’m still not quite sure what it would be. I’ll try to be a minimalist because there wouldn’t be much space to work on.
I’ll pick the best tile pattern for the bathroom and I’ll have the floor put up with parquet floor. And I want my kitchen to be super clean so I want everything to be shiny. Chrome kitchen faucets would be great just like this one:
My goal is to have my own house by next year. It’s a very achievable dream and I’m preparing myself for it.
