I have a question here for you guys.
What do you think is the most used appliance item in a call center office’s pantry? Is it the refrigerator? Is it the microwave oven? Is it the television set mounted on the wall that is actually useless not unless it has cable.
Well, I think the most used and also probably the most abused appliance item would be the coffee makers. And it’s quite logical, isn’t it?
Coffee remains the number one stimulant that call center employees use to keep them wide awake during their late night to early morning shift. Even with the proliferation of energy drinks in the market, still nothing beats the kind of kick that coffee gives.
Our office’s coffee maker is about two years old already but it’s still working perfectly. Just imagine how many pots of coffee are made on a single night. It probably would be enough to keep a single person awake for years.
