I once tried to lose a considerable amount of weight. For two weeks, I immersed myself in researching the different techniques in losing weight. At the top of every list is exercise and I completely agree that the key to any successful weight loss is to exercise as often as possible.

This combination of exercise and green tea did help me lose weight. I was able to shed more than 10 pounds. While the result wasn’t truly dramatic, the effectiveness of the diet pill, at least on my experience, is hard to be ignored.
