Getting Information For Proper Dieting

by Call Center Gal on October 22, 2008

Ever since I started working at night shift in a call center, my health was not completely the same. Do not get me wrong, I’m still pretty much very healthy but compared before I started working at night, I could feel that something had changed in me. Both my body and mind, but more so on my body.

For one thing, my sleeping habits changed drastically. Especially the first few months of my employment, I couldn’t seem to get enough sleep. You know the old adage, that people should get at least eight hours of sleep. I was lucky enough to get even four hours. I became an insomniac. An insomniac during the day.

Another thing that changed was my body. Because I have heard of people advising that to counter the effects of too much lack of sleep, it would be best if we eat a-plenty. The theory behind this I guess is for call center agents to get enough nutrition so it would keep them from getting sick and thus being absent at work. Second, it would give us enough energy to continue with our jobs even though we were only able to sleep just a little bit.

That’s when I started reading diet reviews to help me lose the weight I gained for working at night shift. The Internet is filled with such information and of products that can help me with this endeavor.
