A British broadcast journalist went undercover to reveal an Indian call center employee trying to sell her leads or a list of vital, financial information of British customers.
The data that were offered to her included credit card numbers with the three-digit code found at the back of the card. Just imagine what such information can do for people who have malicious intentions.

That is something! That is why call center agents must not have pens and papers and the CC dta should be entered in the fields right away…. i worked in call center too!
