This morning, I had a conversation with an officemate of mine about the good things working on a flexible time. She was all for it saying that it gives an employee the freedom to prioritize her workload.
I agree with her on that point. Plus, an employee can choose to work on a specific time which she believes she will be more productive.
I am currently on a flexi time and the great thing that I love about it is that I can go to the office very early in the morning so that I can get off very early as well. I feel that I am more productive that way because my mind is very active in the morning. And since I can be at home early, I also get to do more personal stuff like blogging for example.
Of course there will still be days when I am required to follow a certain work schedule for a week or more. I also like that because it helps break my routine and keeps me from getting bored.
How about you? Do you think you will be more productive if you’re in a flexible work schedule?

nice post. Productivity-wise, an emphatic yes. I’m currently on a work from home, flexible hours arrangement. I usually start my working day at 6:30am or 15:30PDT.
The challenge initially for me was getting to a good schedule and not spending too long hours in the office. By nature, I don’t like to keep projects/tasks unfinished and this led to having 16 hours-workdays.

Hi Zepol,
Same here. I wanted to finish all my projects on time.
sa alemanya ang flexible working hours would also mean you collect all your time-ins tapos kapag lampas na dun sa working hours given, you could use them to take a leave from work. kaya yung iba four times a week lang pumapasok o kaya naman iniipon nila so they could take a two months leave from work
