How’s Sunday blogging?
When was the last time you called a certain company for your various concerns? How many times have you heard this line from call center agents? Is this the same question asked by other front liners while giving you a sort of customer service work?
Now, try to recall the quality of their voice that time. Do they sound accommodating? Sincere or sarcastic? This line is very easy to say but is very challenging to deliver. What saddens me at times is that this spiel can be delivered so fluidly that it sounds like lip service.

atsaka cliche na ito masyado. depende na rin siguro ito sa pagbigkas at kung gaano kasincere.
paano nga ma determine kung sincere ang isang customer service personnel sa pag bigkas ng word na yan?
