Sometimes it’s inevitable to absent myself from work. I don’t believe in work, work, work… kelangan may time ka din for yourself and others. Kung kelangan mong umabsent, either with leave or without, para lang makasama sa isang family gathering or dinner with friends, do so.
You can still find work in case you lose it. But it is harder to find a replacement for a friend or anyone dear to you.
i work and then i play. before i tend to immense myself in work that i stay working until the wee hours of the morning. and then i learned i could work better if i have fun after work
I don’t understand why we have to be to work at 9am when we are still waking up having coffee and foraging for breakfast! I don’t actually start working till 11:30! If I could enjoy my morning and not wake up at some ungodly hour and do some yoga and eat a nice sit down healthy breakfast my productivity would go up at least 50% and I’d be happy at my work and not want to quit! this concept I’m talking about is a results oriented work environment. ROWE and we should all demand it
Prioritize! I do not go overtime and I do not bring my personal issues at work. A lot of people find me weird for declining overtime work offers but that’s how I maintain work life balance.
